Crouch Valley U3A Annual General Meeting 28^th April 2026

I am writing to give notice that our 2026 AGM will be held at Champions Manor Hall on Tuesday 28^th April commencing at 2pm.

Duly completed nominations for the posts of Committee officers and general committee members shall be emailed to me by the 7^th April.  All current officers and members of the Committee have indicated their intention to seek re-election.

Similarly, proposals for matters to be discussed at the AGM shall also be submitted to me by the 7^th April.

The Committee will propose that, as with this current year, “tea monies” will be assigned to our Social Fund in 2026.
