For those of you who enjoyed Mirthy talks during lockdown they were taken over by a company called Rest Less. You need to register with them and most of their events are now chargeable.

u3a Radio Podcast

The u3a Radio Podcast is created by members with radio experience. A new podcast comes out on the 17th of each month. It showcases the amazing things happening across the u3a movement. Visit u3a Radio Podcast to listen to the latest an earlier issues on their YouTube channel.

Fraud Update

With Essex Police support the Fraud Alert web page is maintained on the Thorpe Bay u3a website. Please follow Fraud Alert Information link and this will take you to information on Fraud and a link to Thorpe Bay website. Also National have advised members to be aware of Phishing mails that appear to be genuine.
