The club will run a race night in conjunction with SWF Rotary Club.

Doors open at 6:30 and first race is 7:00.  The expected end is about 10:15

No tickets but we need to give in a list of all that pay us.  We could do with numbers so the attached letter says to give names or pay in to Lyn and Glynis at next meeting.  Rotary will man the door.

We will have a raffle which I will organise and sell tickets.  If anyone has any prizes can they give them to me.

It was agreed that both organisations will provide at least 3 people at 6:00 to help set up tables etc. and the same at the end so I need volunteers for this.

We are paying for hall and they will pay the man.  All profits after expenses will be shared so we need to give money collected in to their Treasurer and bill for hall, which we will have paid.

We have a race card to encourage people to sponsor horses before the night.
